SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID

Whether living permanently in Spain or visiting for some months of the year, your experience is enhanced by understanding Spanish history and how it affects people's lives in Spain today.


Come to one of our Spanish History Group meetings and discover what has made Spain the country it is; find out about its roots, its customs; its people and their ancestry.


We meet on the 2nd Monday in Torre del Mar (full details upon request) at 11.00 am for a couple of hours and enjoy listening to the talks given by our own members. These usually last for 20-30 minutes and are followed by discussion/question and answer sessions.


We also endeavour to arrange a visit once a month either to a historic site/place of interest or museum within the local region or maybe a little further but within easy reach, the aim being an enjoyable day out.
